Overview

The Investor Visa for Italy is a two-year residence route for non-EU nationals who make a qualifying investment in Italy. Applications are reviewed by the Investor Visa for Italy Committee at the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, which issues a clearance (nulla osta) before the visa.

The investment must be made within three months of arriving in Italy and kept throughout the permit. While it is maintained, the permit can be renewed for a further three years.
