Overview
Greece grants a five-year, renewable residence permit to non-EU investors and their families in exchange for a qualifying investment, most commonly in real estate. There is no minimum-stay requirement.
Law 5100/2024 introduced the regional thresholds, the single-property rule and the 120 m² minimum size, and banned short-term rental of Golden Visa properties.
