Stage I

1. Hire a law firm, fund the retainer, and complete the Form I-526 application.

2. The attorney submits the Form I-526 EB-5 Application to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) 

3. USCIS begins its review. Wait for the approval of the I-526 application (dependent on the USCIS waitlist).

Stage II

4. Attend an interview at the US embassy or consulate with your family (based on the consulate waitlist).

5. Upon approval, enter the US as Green Card holders.

6. Compile and provide proof of residency and investment.

Stage III

7. The attorney submits Form I-829 to USCIS for permanent residency.

8. USCIS reviews Form I-829 (dependent on waitlist)

9. Receive approval for Form I-829, granting legal permanent residency.
